Wiseman sustained the debilitating injury during the Pacers’ inaugural match of the season. The game, which took place on Wednesday evening, saw the Pacers clinch a close 105-109 victory over the Detroit Pistons.

Wiseman’s Career Progression and Recent Transfer

In the recent offseason, Wiseman settled on a two-year deal with the Pacers following a career-best performance of 63 games with the Pistons in the prior season. During that time, he averaged 17 minutes on the court with an impressive 7.1 points and 5.3 rebounds per game.
